	&lt;p&gt;When contacting us about a problem it is important to provide as many details as possible.  Without this information we will not be able to provide a meaningful answer.  For example, the following details should always be provided for problems with software:&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;What Operating System and version (e.g. Windows &lt;span class=&quot;caps&quot;&gt;XP SP2&lt;/span&gt;, or MacOS 10.5.4)&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;What version of the software (e.g. Tap.Tools 2.3.1 or 3.0 beta 8)&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;What version of other software you are using (e.g. Max 5.0.5, Pro-Tools 7.0, etc.)&lt;/li&gt;
